What exactly is a home concierge?
One trusted point of contact for your home's care and improvement. We do much of the work ourselves and coordinate our Trusted Network Partners for the rest, so you make one call instead of ten.
Why choose you over a cheaper quote?
Because a quote only tells you what a job costs, not how it will be done. We do the careful prep most people never see, use materials that last, show up when we say we will and keep you posted from start to finish. When the work is done, we walk it with you, and if anything is not right, we come back and make it right. You always know who is responsible. We would rather earn your trust for years than win one job on price.
Who actually does the work?
Our in-house team, together with vetted, appropriately licensed and insured Trusted Network Partners for specialized work. Whoever does the work, we coordinate it and remain your point of contact.
What makes your snow removal “gentle”?
We never use plows. We clear with snow blowers and hand shovels, which are just as effective on a residential driveway without the damage a plow blade or heavy equipment can do to asphalt, pavers, stamped concrete, lawn edges and landscaping. How often we come is set with you: after every snowfall, once snow reaches an agreed depth, or another arrangement that suits your home.
How do you communicate during a project?
In the way you prefer: text, email or a call. On longer projects that often means daily text updates and a weekly report. We agree on the rhythm with you before work starts.
How does payment work?
Every project begins with a clearly defined scope and payment arrangement. Before final payment, we walk through the completed work together to confirm that the agreed scope has been fulfilled.
Do I need a membership?
No. Book any project on its own. Home Care Plans are there if you want a standing arrangement, and what each one includes is set with you.
What paint do you use?
Premium lines from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, with color consultation included on paint projects.
