What we collect
This website has no forms and no advertising trackers. When you call or text us, we keep your name, number, address and the details of the work you ask about so we can quote, schedule and do the job.
How we use it
Only to serve you: estimates, scheduling, updates, invoices and follow-up about your home. We do not sell or rent your information.
Text messages
When you call or text us, or give us your mobile number for a job, we may text you about your request: replies to your questions, a text back if we miss your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew on-the-way notices, estimates and invoices with a payment link, and a review request after a completed job.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Your mobile number
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the phone carriers and service providers that deliver the messages.
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
Work terms
Every job is covered by a written estimate and our Master Service Agreement, which you receive before work starts.
