Kitchen and bathroom remodeling, managed for you
A remodel usually means juggling a contractor, a plumber, an electrician, a tile setter and a stack of voicemails. With us it means one point of contact, a written scope, a schedule you can see and regular updates.
Projects we take on
- Bathroom remodels
- Kitchen remodels and refreshes
- Decks and outdoor living
- Windows and doors
- Basement and room finishes
One point of responsibility
Our team does much of the work itself. Specialized trades come from our Trusted Network Partners, vetted, appropriately licensed and insured. Where the work needs permits and inspections, our partners pull them and we coordinate the visits. Either way, we coordinate the project and remain your point of contact.
No surprises
Every project begins with a clearly defined scope and payment arrangement. Before final payment, we walk through the completed work together to confirm that the agreed scope has been fulfilled. While the work is underway we keep you informed. On most projects that means daily text updates and a weekly report, agreed with you before work starts.
